Why Create ERM?
Everybody Rides Metro was created by SORTA in August 2006 as part of its mission to provide cost-effective, efficient, and quality mass transit services.
Metro has some of the lowest fares in the country, but when faced with paying for housing, food, medicine and other necessities some people find even modest bus fare difficult to afford.

41% of Metro riders report that Metro is their only form of transportation.
